the couple looking for contraceptive pills is back. haha. i was at the back doing something else at that point of them, i knew it from li ling. she said that this time, its the woman who asked. she told her the name of the medcine in chinese but li ling doesnt understand so she told them that we dont sell it. we conclude that the couple must have asked around and learn the name of the pill but apparently they cant find it. tsk tsk... they are so despo for ahem ahem.... like i said, the easiest thing is to settle with a condom, which can be bought everywhere, why insist on contraceptive pills?!
doctor koo said that we end at 4pm today but i left the clinic at 4.50pm. all thanks to the clock on the telephone. this is one of the only 2 clocks in the clinic and usually i depend on it for the time because the other one is at the back of the clinic. i guess it must have stopped running at 3.30pm. li ling and i was making some pills untill we totally forgotten about the time. when the last patient was done with her treatment, a chinese worker came in and ask if we are still open. i check the clock and it shows 3.30pm so i told him we close at 4pm and since it is only 3.30pm, we can still register him. a few minutes later, i realise that the clock is still pointing at 3.30pm so i checked my phone. oh god, its already past 4.30pm. zzz.... no wonder that guy threw us weird stares.
anyway today is xmas eve. haha no significance to me though. i'm happy to have tml as a public holiday so i can have a good rest. |
